The Immanuel Mar Thoma Center (IMTC) is a multipurpose hall, owned and operated by the Immanuel Mar Thoma Church, Houston (IMTC), a Non-Profit Religious Organization registered with the Secretary of State, Texas. The IMTC is a tax-exempt Non-Profit Religious entity under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Service Code. In furtherance of its religious activities, charitable, and mission works, IMTC dedicates the IMTC facility, grounds, and parking lot for use by its members, as well as for non-members, both individuals and groups, as part of IMTC’s community outreach programs. Any use of the IMTC facility, including its grounds and parking lots,

must be in accordance with the policy guidelines outlined in this document, referred to as the Facility Management Policy Manual (FMPM). All areas of the IMTC must be used with proper respect by members, lessees, contractors/providers/suppliers, visitors, and guests since it is a part of the Immanuel Mar Thoma Church which is used as the House of the Lord for religious worship in accordance with the faith and practices of the Malankara Mar Thoma Syrian Church.
