Facility Options and Rates

Immanuel Center is a place defined by our main philosophy. Which is to keep things simple and create the best atmosphere for your guests for any occasion.

Our facility offers a large floor space and a stage that allows you to design the settings that suite your occasion. Wedding, Concert, Conference, Banquet, Stage Performance and many other events can be arranged seamlessly in this spacious facility.
Our state of the art professional audio-visual and theatrical lighting equipment will suit for any occasion.
Floor space can easily accommodate 1100+ concert style seating or 650+ banquet style seating and 550 parking spots.
Round and Rectangle Tables, cushioned chairs and dance floor are also available.

Auditorium

One of the largest auditorium in the city that can accommodate 1100+ concert / conference style seating and 650+ banquet / wedding style seating. Auditorium also has a very large stage providing the flexibility you need to arrange a stage. The usage area of the auditorium is approximately 8,000 (+/-) SF. Banquet tables and/or chairs are inclusive.

Usage Fee: Daily Rate includes 12 hours on any calendar day. For IMC members 4 hours a calendar day. For any usage of the facility beyond the allotted time per the contract, an additional flat rate of $200/hr will be charged over the daily rate. Refer Policy for more details.

Fellowship Hall

The usage area of the Fellowship Hall is about 1,500 (+/-) SF. The maximum occupancy is about 150 persons (stack chair). Tables and/or chairs are inclusive.

The use of the Fellowship Hall and services are subject to FMC approval. Usage Fee: Daily Rate includes 12 hours on any calendar day. For any usage of the facility beyond the allotted time per the contract, an additional flat rate of $50/hr will be charged over the daily rate. Refer Policy for more details.

Classrooms / Meeting Rooms

Ten (10) Classrooms / Meeting Rooms are available and can hold about 15-20 persons in each room.

Rooms are rented at four (4) hour increments. $10 per hour rate will be applicable for additional hours. Refer Policy for more details.

Audio Visual Equipment

Our professional audio-video (AV) System comes with 48 channel mixer and is concert level equipment with 15+ corded/wireless microphone and other inputs. The state of the art control unit includes double CD mixer, computer for audio playback and multi band equalizer with effect units.

Video equipment include two retractable 220” HD screens on either side ensure visibility for all and can be controlled from the sound engineering room. Control unit also include blue ray player and separate computer for control and video play back.

Rate is established per 6-hour increments. FMC approved technician is required to operate the system. Refer Policy for more details.

Theatrical Lighting & Dance Floor

Auditorium has a Theatrical Lighting system that can be used to provide lighting effects for stage performance or to add light effect to any event including banquet dinner or for dance floor.

A dance floor is also available to setup a dance area for your event. Floor arrangement is flexible and can accommodate multiple patterns.

Lighting rate is for established in alignment with the auditorium rental duration guidelines. Dance floor rate is per event. An FMC approved technician is required to operate the system. Refer Policy for more details.

Facility

Security

Security officers are must as per city guidelines for large events. We arrange armed security for events and is mandatory for auditorium use.

Rates are established for a minimum of five (5) hours . Additional hours will be charged at a rate of $50 per hour. Refer Policy for more details.

Setup Fee

Facility management will manage the setup of tables and chairs in the Auditorium, Fellowship Hall and classrooms.

Rates are established per event. Total setup fee for the classrooms is not to exceed $100. Refer Policy for more details.

Food / Snack Sales

A service fee is applicable when there is a sale of food, snack or other items in the facility.
